These terms and conditions may change at any time. The terms will take affect at the point of being posted on the website. These terms apply to all transactions between us and yourself and do not affect your statutory rights. These terms cannot be changed by others and are governed by English law. Brookfield comfort has the right to enforce some or part of these terms.

Placing Orders

You can order goods over the phone or on our website. You must be at least 18 years of age.

We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions. When you place an order we have the right to accept or reject it. And to do this, we may use certain information about you, including any received from credit agency checks.

We will tell you if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason and may invite you to pay by another method or suggest that you (re-)visit one of our nationwide stores.



The total price for your order is displayed on the website. We are entitled to change prices to take into account any increase of suppliers prices, or any other unforseen costs or if due to an error or omission to the prices on the website. If an error was to occur, we would inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel. All prices are inclusive of VAT.

From time to time the prices displayed on our website may be different if you are directed to it from a third party website. Purchases at these prices can only be made on our website and by arriving on it through a relevant third party website. Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change. If a product becomes unavailable we may offer you an alternative or offer you a refund.

There may at times be an error in pricing. If we discover such an error we will contact you to ask if you wish to carry on with the order or cancel. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.

Discount Codes

Discount codes are made available for promotions from time to time. The promotions can change or be completely removed without notice and within the promoted window. Apply the promotion at checkout to see if it is available to you at the time of purchase.



Delivery costs (if any) will be displayed on checkout. If you are unable to accept the package from the delivery company they will usually try to deliver at another time or leave you a note to pick it up from their depot. If you refuse delivery or are unable to accept the package you are liabl for any extra costs incured.

Product Description

All information provided about the products sold on this website is for guidance only. Descriptions, dimensions and colours are approximate. If we do not have immediate stock of your product we will dispatch it as soon as we receive them from our supplier or contact you to inform you of an extended delay and offer you the opportiunity to cancel. We aim to dispatch the goods within 2-3 working days but mostly dispatch much quicker.
